Purple Gecko Youth and Health Academy - Participant terms and conditions

Fees:

All fees are taken on the 1^st of every month. Fees are paid monthly and should be paid whether your child is in class or not, this is to hold your child’s place at the academy.

Fees are calculated and divided over 12 months to keep the monthly amount the same.

Fee’s are non-refundable.

Holidays:

Purple Gecko have eight weeks holiday per year.

Easter – 2 weeks

Christmas – 2 weeks

Summer – whole of August

Uniform:

The Academy has a set uniform policy for each class that is to be adhered too. Uniform policy can be found on our website. www.purplegeckoacademy.co.uk

Uniform List will be sent out via email.

Other items can also be purchased through the website.

During Class:

Parents and/or guardians are not permitted to wait in the classroom whilst classes are in duration. Parents are requested to remain outside the classroom until invited to collect students by the teacher unless it’s a Mini Movers class.

Food and Drink:

For Health and Safety reasons it is strictly forbidden for food to be consumed during lessons.

It is recommended that all students bring a drink to remain hydrated.

Productions/Gradings

The academy will put on productions/gradings/exams throughout the year, and we are required to seek approval from the parents/guardians of all students for any photos or filming to take place during any show/exam

The academy may also use photos for advertising purposes.
